4. Speaker Registration
4.1. Speaker participation is free of charge.
4.2. Speakers must submit their presentation proposals by the specified deadline.
4.3. The organizers reserve the right to select and schedule speakers.
4.4. Speakers agree to provide their presentation materials in advance for review.
4.5. Speakers grant the organizers permission to record and distribute their presentations.
4.6. Speakers must ensure that their presentations do not contain any offensive or inappropriate content.
4.7. Speakers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Visitors and speakers may cancel their registration at any time without penalty.
5.2. Exhibitors who cancel their registration before the specified deadline may receive a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
5.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline.
5.4. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified, and exhibitors will receive a full refund.
